We have also reduced our deposit payment requested at the time of booking from 25% to just 10%. The final balance is no longer required in November but will be requested seven days prior to your intended date of travel instead. This aims to highlight just how important your booking is to us as we have taken the very difficult step of carrying all of the financial risk ourselves.

Plan for the fact that it’ll take you 45 minutes to collect your luggage and reach us at the meeting point in the airport after your scheduled arrival time.
If booking a transfer from resort to the airport, imagine we’ll arrive three hours after the advertised departure time then you won’t be too far off. Remember, you’ll need two hours to check in if you have hold luggage.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide a shared service to St. Martin, Les Menuires or Val Thorens.

Due to the current global pandemic, we have introduced what we believe to be the most transparent refund policy available. In order to minimise the financial risk to yourself, we have reduced our deposit payment requirement to just 10%. The final balance for your travel is due seven days prior to your intended date of travel.
However, should your holiday be cancelled for any of the following reasons you will receive a full refund less an administrative charge of 25.00 EUR:
Journey times will be identical to those of our private transfers. However, it will take a little longer to travel to and from the airport as others may need to be collected or dropped off en route.
As a rule, please allow an additional 45 minutes in your schedule if travelling on a shared minibus.
In summary, allow three hours for the journey to either Geneva, Grenoble or Lyon. Shared transfers to Chambery should take approximately two and a half hours on average.
For example, if travelling to Geneva to catch a flight at 11:30, the perfect shared transfer to catch would be leaving resort at 06:30. The minibus should have collected all of its passengers by 07:15 and arrive at Geneva Airport between 09:15 and 09:30.
Due to the high volumes of traffic during the peak holiday weeks, these journey times may be significantly longer. Don’t forget to allow additional time to check in on peak dates too as it’ll be busy at the airport.
Should it be that you do not wish to be at the airport for a full two hours before your flight's scheduled departure time then these timings can obviously be reduced.
The most common misconception is the fact that “it only takes two hours to get to Geneva”. It doesn’t. Allow three hours and it’ll make your day a whole lot smoother.
Full details of where to meet your driver will be given on your confirmation form. However, you will simply be met in the Arrivals Hall at a pre-arranged time, according to the specific transfer you book.
You'll be shown to your waiting vehicle and taken to resort. You will be dropped off at your accommodation (or as close as physically possible), not a central location. A second vehicle may be used once in resort to enable us to drop everyone off as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please allow at least 40 minutes from your scheduled flight arrival time before the time the vehicle is estimated to depart.
Unfortunately, should your flight be delayed and you cannot make it to the meeting point on time, the vehicle will have to leave without you. However, we will do everything we can to get you on the next available transfer we have to resort. We cannot guarantee that we will have a spare seat but this is the exception, not the rule.
You will be collected from your accommodation (or as close as physically possible), or another point specified by yourself. You will not have to make your way to a central meeting point as we offer a door-to-door service even with our shared transfers.
We aim to collect you from your accommodation within 30 minutes of the departure time stated on your confirmation form. The 30 minute window enables us to collect several people from within the resort who may be staying in alternative accommodation to yourself.
If you are not going to be the first to be collected, we will text you the evening before you leave to give you an estimated time of departure, accurate to within 10 minutes.
If travelling in a larger group, a private transfer with our sister company (Three Vallee Transfers), will offer the peace and tranquility of having your own space in which to relax. We guarantee sole occupancy of the vehicle, scheduled specifically for you.
